At Halos every product is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch. This means your items are custom-made just for you and may take a little longer to arrive than store-bought goods — but it’s worth the wait!

🛠️ Processing & Production Time

  • All items are made to order and typically take 10-14business days to produce.

  • During peak seasons or sales, production may take up to 20 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times

After production is complete, shipping times vary based on your location:

Note: These estimates exclude weekends and holidays and may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order’s status at any time.

🕒 Total Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks (production + shipping).
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please contact us at halosclothingcompany1@gmail.com , and we’ll work with Tapstitch and the carrier to resolve the issue.
